I would suggest just a standard warm salt solution enema everyday while fasting. 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt (or if you don't have Sea Salt then use non-iodized table salt ) for each pint of filtered or warmed bottled water, or 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of salt for the full bag.

The water should be 103 degrees F (39.5 C) at preparation time for the most comfortable and effective results.

During any type of fast your body is dumping toxins into your colon, and if they are not eliminated and become concentrated they can be absorbed into the bloodstream and recirculated throughout your entire system.

Skin outbreaks are an early warning signal that this is happening.
