Thanks for the info - I did look at some of Pepe's posted, found information that one should not do it for weight loss - however I found no information on what to eat afterwards, some idea what foods are good for you, where to get information on good foods after the Master-Cleanse is done.

Are there any Post Master-Cleanse sites where I can learn more about this process?
