Thank you Molly. Your posts are always very informative. I had a lot of good cleansing and results with the sunflower and sesame oils. But I believe the safflower oil has a more pronounced effect, for me anyway. Just as some herbs work better for some people than other people, I believe it's the same with oils also. I plan to continue at least trying other oils.
