I used to use Garden of life probiotics, however, I had bloating problems. Currently, I am taking Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics 12 plus. My colon hydrotherapist told that they are the best. I have not tried bromelain (what is this??)and I can not eat pineapples at all due to my stomach problems. The only fruit I can eat is an apple.Colon cleanse caps ingredients : Cape Aloe leaf, Cascara Sagrada bark, Barberry root, Turkey Rhubarb root, Senna leaf, Garlic bulb, Ginger root, Fennel seed, Black-Walnut hull, Clove bud, Wormwood leaf, Habanero Cayenne pepper. Colon detox formula :Psyllium seed, Psyllium husk, Bentonite clay, Flax seed, Apple fruit Pectin, Slippery Elm inner bark, Marshmallow root, Fennel seed, Activitated Willow Charcoal.
