When there is a will , there is a way ! I live in a concrete jungle myself ( Chicago ) and I've found at least 5 forest preserves nearby full of useful herbs . How to recognize herbs ? Spend couple hours in the library and you'll see how . There is plenty of books with pictures and info .Neither Me nor my grandma is trained herbalist , Didn't know anything about herbs until a year ago but now I can easily recognize a lot of them . Like I said before it's up to you and you only.If you want to be healthy you'll find the time to do it. Everything else is just excuses ( no transportation , I live in a big concrete jungle , the wind blows from south instead from north , the sun is not right... etc.). You don't need to go to the Brazilian rain-forest to find those herbs, they are all common weeds some of them in your own backyard .
Anyway the point I was trying to make in the original message was that you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars to get rid of Acne , all you need is a few changes in your eating habits and the help of some common herbs .
