Cheeseman,
You have all the same symptoms or very similiar to what I was having before I found out I have Celiac. Avoid Gluten. After about 6 weeks to 3 mos you will see a notable difference. I had adrenal, thyroid, allergies, thought I had candida etc..had immune responses to all sorts of things because celiac causes your gut to be damaged. Too many bad foods get thru and wreak havoc with your immune system. Once you stop eating the gluten you will heal and much of the symptoms fade away. When you have celiac, you are virtually starving because your body can't uptake nutrients from your foods. You may be skinny or obese, it's still the same, you don't get any nutrition and things start to go from bad to worse...many people about 1/100 have celiacs but get misdiagnosed or never diagnosed until it's way to late and you are stuck with some could of been prevented disease, like diabetes or cancer...etc... You should look into this. I started the diet and within 4 weeks I had no more constipation. After 6 weeks, no more pain or aches and no more allergic reactions....no more arthitic pain, and no more lower back gut pain.....After 8 weeks...i can tolerate dairy and beans again! and even goat cheese....I'm thrilled. I avoid gluten the rest of my life but get my life back...energy is picking up...Im healing and getting the nutrients to the places I need them..brain, hormones, glands all starting to work again......if I'd kept ignoring it...I know I would of died sooner...I could tell I was falling apart...so start right away....avoid modified food starch, dextrose, wheat, rye, barley, oats...only use gluten free and no packaged foods. only use free range chicken or beef...avoid wheat fed meats....buy organic..the price is worth preserving your health...when you have adrenal issues your body has a hard time balancing sodium...and it can give you blood pressure issues..as can celiac's...anyway. hope this helps. Go to whole foods website and read about celiacs and gluten free products...
Best,
ThrzHope...
