I live in Michigan and I'm on a plain call Plain first it covers my birth control of my choice and 1 pap a year i didnt know untill last month that it covered the IUD I dont have a IUD right now I'm still debating on if I should get it or not. But if I were you I would check with the state they should be able to help. But most of the time you do have to fit in a certin range of income. I hope this helps.
