I called my doctors office, it is inside a hospital. i told them i do not have insurance, but i need my iud removed. They had me fill out a form. instead of my appointment costing $165.00, i had to pay 10% because of my income level. it was the same office that inserted it. i had mine for three years, now it is lost or fell out. i have to figure out how to pay for an x ray now.
