There are so many new things I've never heard of, it takes me reading and re-reading your posts several different times to try to absorb the information. Thanks Azurite!
So, the Adaptagen, Gold-360, and Adrenal Complex you recommended, does that strengthen all the adrenals? Would it be something a person, like my 20 year old son, could take because of the tiring work schedule he has with his job working for a gold mine? It's 12-15 hour days, 3 day shifts, a few days off- then 3 graveyard shifts- etc etc, finally, 7 days off in a row, and then it starts all over again. He called last night, and was sick, again, but he won't take time off of work, he'll keep pushing- plus he puts in for overtime alot too. It's alot of money for a 20 year old kid to be making- $25 an hour, over time on holidays is double time and 1/2, but at what price? He lives on tv dinners, fast foods, and "energy drinks".
The Alt. Med Dr. tested 2 spots between my eyes. It's hard to understand alot of times what he is testing for- would that have been parathyroid? Apparently, what he put me on is for pituatary, hypothalmus, and thyroid. I probably still should do the saliva test too?
For the first time in as long as I can remember- I DON'T HAVE SORE SPOTS, which I know were the "bugs" attached to me. YAY! I definetly am making progress. I'm sure I have building blocks to do in getting the immune system, adrenals, lymphatic etc strengthened- and keeping after the liver in getting it healthy.
You have a wealth of information Azurite- sometimes it's just hard to sort through it all, things sound foreign. I hadn't known about the flourides with the anti-depressants either, I just knew they hadn't been a positive thing- just a mask. Thankfully, I made up my mind when I was going through the gallbladder surgery recovery- that it was a good time while I was healing, to get off of the darned anti-depressants too! Paxil and Zoloft. Come to find out later- Paxil does cause problems when you try to get off of it! No more anti-depressants for me, ever! Thanks for everyone's help in getting to the CORE issues, and getting on to over all health!
