Hi jen...

It is good for the bowel to be moving before doing any of the cleanses as this is what takes the toxins out of your body.

You can do a liver flush as the epsom salts does make the bowels move. Be sure that you are hydrated.

You can also do a salt water flush to help move the bowels along and to cleanse your digestive tract from the beginning to the end. It's like doing a salt water bath.

After you complete your liver flush you can decide if you want to do a complete bowel cleanse or continue with another path toward healing...it's all up to you and your body...
