As a vegetarian Fonty I hope your diet includes some essential fatty acids such as Flax seeds or flax seed oil, otherwise there is a risk of a deficiency in EPA's and DHA's.
My wife is a complete vegetarian as well and relies on: leafy green vegetables, houmous & tahini.
I personally eat some oily fish and eggs in addition to her choices.
