Thanks Ailsa ., We had to put her to sleep this August.

Sometimes, lately, I've been feeling Mandi's presence inside or outside of our home.

A few weeks ago, I felt her presence in the livingroom where she used to lay.

This Friday coming home from work, I felt her on the front porch. This convinces me more than ever that animals do actually have souls. I do feel that she and Mandi are together!

When they had to administer the shot to her to put her to sleep, (I was stuck at work at the time) my mother mentioned to me that she went peacefully. Prior to that, I was eating lunch outside on the sidework at my job, and I felt her presence near me on the sidewalk. I thought it must be my imagination because the veterinarian wasn't supposed to put her asleep til 2:00

I called my parents right after lunch and told them, and my mother mentioned that they had to put her asleep at 1:15. -- around the time I felt her presence!

I do have this feeling now that she is very happy and enjoying a freedom she didn't have before!
