I think it's a double whammy too remi - my adrenals are getting slammed, but also a potential Candida problem.
I don't think it's "sodium" per say anymore, or "sea salt." It's these nitrites or nitrates (which one is it?) contained within certain foods that are driving me crazy. What should I be looking for, just "nitrate/nitrite" on the back of a label? Usually to preserve I presume.
These can irritate candida you say... in what sense? Do they feed it?
