My HFS sells turkey bacon with no nitrates or hormones. It's really good. It goes bad real fast tho...proably because there's no preservatives . Sometimes I get turket bacon from a regular grovery store called Fresh Market. It's not organic though. I don't stopped eating pork years ago because it was one of my worst food allergens, and my gallbladder can't take hardly any fat anyway :-)
