My husband and I will finish humaworm today. We plan on doing a liver cleanse. We will probably do the mini cleanse that calls for 2 organic egg yolks, juice of 3 limes and 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Oil ow whatever oil we like best. It was said to take it in the morning on empty stomach and then take enema 5 or 6 hrs later. We may do the salt water flush, as I don't think my husband is in to enemas. You can also take this at night 3 hrs prior though you should not eat anything. It's mentioned to take this 5 to 10 days in a row. I noticed the last week I was also somewhat constipated. Taking high amounts of vitamin C only gave diarhea. We will see how the mini cleanse does. I read the thread about it on the liver cleanse forum. I think it sounds terrific.
