Thanks for the info Dude..I should quit guessing and look up what the Omega 3's are-or get the Udo book people have told me to read. The Alt. Med Dr. yesterday told me Nordic Fish oil is what I want for Omega 3's...but alot of people say they can't do the fish oils.

Thanks for the info on the coconut oil!
