That's great Molly! I have badly recessed gums because of years of using snuff. I could actually feel the underside of my teeth over my gums. The one thing that I found that started to turn that around was CQ10 (of course after being told by dentists that nothing could ever regrow gums). I have the sense that OP has continued the improvement though I haven't looked for it.
