So you made some really stinking choices there for a few years out of your life.   Hmmmn...and it looks like you also chose to learn something and shake yourself out of your miserable situation.  It appears that you came out stronger and wiser for it and now you are choosing to share your hard earned insights with others, in the hopes of saving them from the long, painful process you went through, huh?
