My surgeon told me to go on a Water Fast to loose some weight quickly
The plan was to loose 20kg (44lbs) before Christmas and then start eating raw first to build up my imune system before a major op in the second half of Jan.

He told me that he recommended water with vitamine tablets. I have done 7 days so far and have lost 20 lbs to date.
I am happy with the fast but crave flavour rather than food.
I have had 2 mugs of Bouillon which has about 12 cals some protein .5g some salt and negligable other bits and pieces but is definately gluten and lactose free. I can do without it if necessary but it is such a delight to be able to taste something other than filtered water.

Now for the questions

My skin has become very dry is this normal
should I be taking the vitamines
How about the bouillon
