Very interesting. Makes me wish I lived in Toronto - that place sounds fantastic.

I was also having problems taking even one drop of Lugols which gave me a headache. Due to recommendations on the Iodine forums, I've started taking a drop of Lugols with apple cider vinager and water (and I add trace minerals). The theory is that your body needs to be alkiline to absorb iodine.

It must be true because that I get the FULL effect of the Iodine without the headachy stuff. One drop in the morning and one in the afternoon this way is definately all i need or can handle.
