Wow that is alot of info but i truly appreciate the information. I have been reading up on all this stuff and I finally had my iud removed on Friday. I can"t explain how much better i FEEL. I hope that it is just not all iN MY heAD, BUT i DON'T THINK IT COULD BE. nO mORE nAUSEA NO MORE HEADACHES. I have my period today for the first time in years. I am using natural progesterone cream. Is anyone else using this and do you know how i am supposed to use it?


I can't believe how both doctors that I saw regarding my iud removal were so resistant to even listenuing to the possibility that this iud was causing my symptoms. I have begun to write in a journal so i can document my journey.
