thanks for the input. i had to get a temporary filling put in aswell which fell out that night when i got home.

i am seeing a metal-free dentist but in all seriousness you just cant trust them. you see i asked my dentist the same question 'can i just pull it out and replace with nothing leaving a hole' what you have to remember is that each cerec is worth to them about $800-$1000 profit, so it is very unlikely that you will get any truth from them.
have to keep in mind why people chose to become dentist, its certainly NOT because they enjoy looking at teeth.
