The vomitting isn't until 8-10 hours AFTER taking the humaworm, and I still take my nightly dose after, because I am fine after the one session of "cleanining house."

Bleeding is gone, so I think it is ok there now.

I think the extra tinkle time, must be good for me, finally flushing out toxins that have been trapped so long....

I am less and less bloated! Yipee! :)

PS, can I get the Iodine at the health food store?
