You won't get omega 3 from coconut, just short chain saturated fats, which are good as well, but not omega 3.

Be careful with too much coconut oil. Too much saturated fat, even this one which is good for you, in the end can be unhealthy. Plan to take coconut oil for a fixed time and then stop for a while before repeating.

Even better for Candida is the caprylic acid.
