it is my understanding that no flush niacin is bad for the liver
and it is the flush that you want
flushing your skin is the whole point of taking niacin
you take for the flush, to expand the cappilaries and improve circulation to the skin
no flush, no expansion
in this context, what would be the point in taking niacin that's hard on the liver and doesn't accomplish the goal?
