Yes thanks that helped me understand. So it seems like this being is like an enforcer and record keeper. Enforcing the laws of Earthly life and recording all the events that happen in each life. It also has the ability to dish out resulting reactions from our non-loving actions. It's not evil or loving, more like just doing the job appointed to it.

So do you believe in a hierarchy on the other side? Like the holy spirit that's there to guide us, a being that reigns over the universe, and beings that help them do their job. Do you believe in multiple universes?
