I follow Andreas Moritz 's protocol and currently flush each month on the day of the new moon. He feels that you should not flush more than this...I intuitively feel I need to give my body little break each month to have the strength to have a successful flush the next month. I have had 3 very successful flushes thus far (passed about 500 on 1st, 150 on 2nd and 350 on 3rd)...I feel that the quality of the flush is more important than the quantity. Just my opinion...
