My kids (late 20's/early 30's) listen to me and support me in my adventures to finding and hopefully achieving better health!

I am not certain that they would take the time and effort to do the same for themselves. When you are their age you seem to think that you are invincible! I am hoping that when I get better then that will make them want to do some preventative things...
