I had alot of strep throat when I was younger. Since I bought a book on garlic and it said garlic kills strep virus, I use raw garlic crushed on whole grain toast with olive oil or on brown rice and it always gets rid of my sore throat. It has never failed me. That's my experience. It was hard to believe something so simple could work so well.
