Hi,

I'm having 6 teeth sorted on Friday - Amalgam fillings removed. What is chelation and what do I need to do to get this to work for me and give me the best effects. I ma on a major cleanse and have been trying to get myself in optimum health before - colonics, coffee enemas, Manual lymph drainage. I've been free of a lot of harmful foods for 2 years due to severe skin probs so don't have caffeine, dairy, wheat, asparatame, sodium nitrate, etc

What should I expect afterwards and what can I do to aid the process??
