Not to my knowledge. Fat is never "burned" directly, so all references to "fat burning" pills or programs are nothing but puffery. To be consumed, fat must rather be first converted to glycogen. Blood sugar level supression means are most efficacious for such conversion along with enzyme stimulation, and optional supplementation, can be good adjuncts. Thinning people is a multibillion dollar annual industry. One other means on the front end of things is to stop onesself from putting on fat, by inhibiting the enzymes which convert glucose into fat.
