:) Me too, I'm reading them too. You gave me good info on the Liver Flushing forum, and I'm over here checking out the Master-Cleanse forum.

So PC, in a nutshell, is it basically fasting on the Lemonade, or lime, recipe for a length of time? I was trying to find exact details.

I've been doing the Epsom Salt baths too, but now I'll be adding the baking soda- thanks for all your knowledge and information!
