Ceramic and gold inlays are glued in place. It is only a small amount of glue and should out gas most of the toxic fumes in a day or maybe a bit longer. They are the best replacement fillings available. You should not drill them out. If you only have two you are lucky. I had 18 mercury Amalgams replaced. See how you feel in a week.
