I take 2000 IU of natural Vitamin E per day, and use the progesterone cream twice a day. It makes all the difference! The progesterone cream is a great addition for estrogen dominance too! Try it for one week. For me, it takes the combination. I am often lazy and I can tell it quickly if I miss one or the other. Ginseng helps too, but the above combination is what helps me.
