You can always edit your message after it's sent. If you click on your message, you'll see (edit text) to the left in the grey area just above the white box in which you write. click on "edit text" and then scroll down past your old message. You'll see a new box with your old text in it as well, and you can make changes to the text in the second box.
I've used it to add links after I've sent a message.

Btw, if you were to choose only one time to do a liver flush, after the Master-Cleanse is best. With the lack of oils to promote oil circulation in the liver, and the high amounts of toxins circulating in the blood and being screened out by the liver, the Master-Cleanse tends to promote stones in both the liver and the kidneys.
I also am small (5'0") and I know what a weight gain like that will look like. Yowza! My most recent Master-Cleanse was only 22 days. Hats off to you for doing 30 and 34 days!
