The Liver Flush is not a one-time thing. You do a series of them, until you do three in a row without stones, for best results.
The quick answer: Do a Liver Flush before and after the MC.
Timing: It's important that the liver be fully functional for both. So, I recommend this timing:
Liver Flush One: 6 Days prep, followed by the day of the flush and the next day when the stones come out. The day the stones come out, eat easy-to-digest foods, and avoid fats, to let your liver recouperate and bile build up again. On the second day after the flush (the day after the stones come out,) you can eat your regular diet, including healthy fats. Make sure you drink lots of water, at least half your body's weight in ounces of water. For example, if you are 160 pounds: 160/2 = 80 ounces (or 10 8-ounce cups) of water.
The next week, I'd recommend (though this is not absolutely necessary, given your diet) 1 week of mostly fresh-squeezed juices, especially green juices. This will get your digestive system accustomed to living on liquids, and make the cravings for solids during the Master-Cleanse milder.
MC: Sounds like you do 30 days. Wow! When you come off of it, it's a rule of thumb to take 1/3 of the length of fasting time as your recovery time. In the case of a 30-day fast, that would be 10 days.
Next, you need to make sure (I'm speaking from experience here) that your liver has recovered. Just because your digestion is quick and strong, doesn't mean your liver is ready. During the 6 days preparation (after 10 days recovery) make sure to add healthy fats to your diet, and observe the results in the toilet. Once your bms are back to normal, your liver is ready.
Liver Flush #2: The 6 days of prep, as mentioned above, next 2 days (the day of the flush and the day the stones come out, eat lightly and avoid fats that day) followed by 1 day of gradual return to your regular diet.
Having done 26 Liver Flushes and 2 MCs, I'd recommend the following: 6 Liver Flushes (1 every 2 weeks) followed by 1 MC, repeated until you are happy with your health and you have 3 flushes in a row without stones. Then maintenance Liver-Flush (every 3 months) and MCs (same). You could do a Liver-Flush before and after, but you could also do the maintenance Master-Cleanse followed by a Liver-Flush only.
Hope this helps!
