Hi all
I am confused... I jut bough two Books "Eat right for your type", and "Type O food and Beverage list".. In one they say pinto beans are highly beneficial, the other ones says it is "Avoid". WHICH ONE IS IT??
WHy the difference?? are there any other foods that could be in the wrong place??
Please help!
