I've been wondering this because of hearing so much about getting Omega 3's- plant fats, and in particular coconut oil daily.

If I have no gallbladder, and have to be on ox-bile the rest of my life as I was told by the Alt. Medicine Dr. to replace the bile salts that would normally come from the gall baldder, and is needed to digest fats... and if the gall bladder is where fats are digested...what happens when there is no gallbladder and a person is injesting so much oil?
