I re-read it and have to report that this is a very abbreviated version of the story and the main omision was that a voice (I call God/inner Self) said to me a day or so before the UT started, "You have a choice... you can die in two weeks or heal yourself. You have to make the choice." and that was the sort of zap that told me UT was the way to go. I may be getting the exact details a little wrong here, but I know my inner self indicated that UT would save me and the voice said the above to me. That if I did nothing I would be dead in two weeks, which was very likely given my condition at that time, even in the opinion of doctors.
