I guess I am one of those who dont know how to use real cookware :) I was so used to nonstick coating that I never learned how to use normal cookware properly. I have stainless steel pots and pans right now.

How DO you cook properly in stainless steel to prevent sticking?

I plan on getting a cast iron skillet in the future as well.
