Wow, you gals/guys rock. I have so so much to learn. I am willing though! I intuitively know putting the meds in my system is not the right way, jsut the easiest perhaps. I am off to the store shortly so I am going to look for PH strips-thanks. I did have an esophagus tubal test done once and I was told my flap doesn't close properly thus the acid....I was never too sure how that made the acid more so in the tummy...it just made such little sense?

I was thinking of the convo about the bath. Is it more benficial to take the bath even though the water has chemicals in it, or skip it all together...it is city water?

I was shocked to see PhilosophicalCat has completed 26 Liver cleanse. That's inspiring. I tried one a couple of years ago. I only recall the olive oil. I drank it and almost vomited. I was naseaus all night. I was hoping to rid of some gallstones. Needless to say it didn't go so well and I never repeated. Soemthing though that am I willing to reconsider again.

This forum has been so helpful and supportive. I am so pleased I decided to join it:-)
