Wow what wonderful, educational info-tons of gratitude!

I did take an epsom bath the other night-without the baking soda. Unfortunately our water tank wasn't working properly so the water wasn't overly hot. Also I made an effort to boil water from my kitchen water filter to bring to the tub but after 30 mins of that process and not getting too far, I ran the water right from the tub faucet. I could really smell the chlorine, making me second guess the process.

I have never taking my PH level and have no familiarity with what healthy levels are supose to be? Perhaps something I could research.

I do hope my hives/swelling eventually disappear. It is a very frighten thing to experience, especially not knowing what brings it on.

I have really no white coating on my tongue and today is Day 4-when does this occur? Does that mean I am not clearing out toxins? I notice today I am less energetic, really hungry and a bit lightheaded. More so than day 2 and 3. Headache is gone for the moment so that's a plus!

Looking forward to all this energy I read about.

I will try that bath again with your suggestion-hot water this time...much appreciated!!!
