ES is what I, and I am sure many others, have on hand for doing Liver Flushes, so it makes sense to use what is available. I tried a 1/4 tsp yesterday. Didn't stop the skipping at anytime for the next several hours. This morning I am, for who know how long, beating at steady skipless rate.
