Many thanks sheldon for your reply. What i found interesting and weird is how - in my case, I haven't found any food in particular to be a problem with stool form at all. I've tried cutting out eggs, rice etc. and nothing at all seems to change the stool form much if at all. I really don't even know what i am allergic to. About 2 months ago i had a test to check for allergies - by blood pin pricks and breathing tests - the specialist found i had no allergies to eggs nuts, lactose, gluten, wheat or anything like that. He said the only one that came out slightly positive was histamine?? what does this mean, i know its an enzyme n the gut i just dont understand what maybe i should be avoiding?
