Somebody posted about Epsom Salts as a magnesium supplement, I have never tried that but am willing...


Good forms of magensium would include magnesium chloride, Ultra Mag from source naturals, and high absorption from Doctor's Best. Typically it would be a good idea to steer clear of magnesium oxide... this is a poor form and not bioavailable.
