i have been eating more Sugar lately (possibly due to stress) and i have noticed that my breasts feel tender and my skin has been breaking out. i feel like i am having premenstrual symptoms, but i am not about to get my period. can the Sugar be causing these symptoms? has anyone experienced this? thanks for the help and support!
