Fevers aren't usually dangerous to adults unless they go over 103 degrees.
Cold compresses on the forehead may help you feel more comfortable.
Fever is the body's natural way of killing germs.
Let the fever do it's job, if possible.

Are you taking probiotics? It's a good idea to support the intestinal flora right now.
