Hey thanks for the reply. Did you have acne?? If you did, did this diet and supplements help you, cure you?? I see my skin is improving veru slowly. Im taking oil of oregano and caprilic acid. I also take acidophilis. and i am really good on my diet, I havent broken it at all. I just started this cleanse about two weeks ago. How long do I have to do this for?? Ive already been thrught the kill of period, my Acne got really bad i felt nauseas and weak. Now I feel better, this happened the first week I started the cleanse. My skin looks alot better now. The coating on my tongue is worse though. I heard soemwhere that the white coating on you tongue is the last thing to clear up. Should I take anything else??
