My wife and I follow Dr. Young's principles, and others. We are mostly raw food, probably about 80%.

I can attest to what you were saying about the young woman ... I too have had that kind of surge of health ... VERY clear eyes, brilliant color, VERY high energy level and peace of mind.

When I started doing this 4 years ago, I was 40 and going through the "divorce from hell". I lost 45 lbs, most people I met thought I was 28 - 29. They refused to believe that I was over 40.

Another book which we really love is by Gabriel Cousens, The Rainbow Live Food Diet. He has also studied with Dr. Young, and they are very similar.

I do believe that the Innerlight Greens though are NOT what they used to be ... we use greens from Alkalive or Green Kamut, or make our own from MountainRoseHerbs.com .

I also believe VERY strongly in the need for the Oxygen supplementation ... ozonated water and/or H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) food grade. And, I have found the Moreless drink to be very alkalizing also.
