For a couple of days I took a tbsp of Black Strap Mollasses - that is loaded with potassium, not to mention eating bananas. Didn't do a thing for me. I'll give the tsp of ES a shot, but not this morning, since I was going out tonight and I don't know what the laxative thresshold might be on that.
